I shall not want, or I lack nothing, says the Old Testament. This is one of the major and most important Truths in it. But what does it mean and why is it so important?
To want something comes from the Ego and the Ego is our link to the Devil. It is where we can hear the Devil speak to us. By learning to not want, we learn not to listen to the Devil. We will automatically become more godly People who are closer to God and our Purpose in Life.
The second Translation of that Part is: You lack nothing. Instead of: You shall not want. Although it has a different Meaning, in Truth it completes the first Translation. So we have the complete message:
You shall not want, because you lack nothing.
We explained the importance of the first half, now the second one teaches us to realize that God provides everything we need, therefore we lack nothing.
Complete with explanation it says:
I shall not want worldly things, because I lack nothing, for God provides me with everything I need.
The Person who truly understands and lives by this Truth, will immediately become happier and make a huge jump towards God & Purpose.
